RANDALL J. CHIERA - partner and founder of the firm, was admitted to the New York State and Connecticut bars in 1988. He is admitted in the Federal Courts, in both the Southern and Eastern Districts. He has been published in various legal and scholarly publications, has lectured to various business associations. He has received honor as a recipient of the Order of the Barristers. He has held leadership roles in local government, and presently sits on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce in Cold Spring.

As a litigator, Mr. Chiera has represented commercial and business clients, as well the victims of medical malpractice and personal injury. He has achieved verdicts and settlements in excess of a million dollars for some of his injured clients, as well as has successfully defended entities being sued. He also has represents individuals in criminal matters, and is on the 18B panel in Westchester County.

In the areas of Real Estate and Land Use, Mr. Chiera represents buyers and sellers of both residential and commercial property and works closely with the financial lenders and brokers, in bring matters to a successful closing.

Mr. Chiera is also involved in the areas of business law, formation of business, contract drafting and negotiation, and commercial disputes.  

In the area of Estates, Mr. Chiera drafts Last Wills and Testaments, Living Wills and Health Care Proxies and Powers of Attorneys to assist his clients in having their final wishes fulfilled.
